Mr. Troy Andersonreceived his Bachelor of Commerce degree in marketing from the University of Calgary and his MBA degree in international business from the University of Leuven in Belgium. Mr. Anderson has served in various product marketing and new business development capacities with Black & Decker Canada, Black & Decker U.S. and The Schawbel Corporation (a Boston based R&D firm).

Mr. Anderson excels at new product development, new product commercialization and new venture start-ups. Listed as an inventor on more than 12 U.S. and international patents, Mr. Anderson has been responsible for the successful introduction of over 30 new products, including the Spillbuster Wet/Dry Dustbuster and ThermaCELL cordless appliances for Black & Decker, the world's first high performance cordless heated massager, the growing Tranquil Moments/Sound Oasis sound therapy line and the growing FilterStream cleaning/air purifier appliance business group.

Mr. Anderson manages the sales, marketing and operations for Headwaters, Inc. out of the U.S. headquarters based in Marblehead, Massachusetts.

Mr. Rudy Vandenbelt is a graduate of the Mechanical Engineering program at Queen's University (Kingston, Canada). He is listed as an inventor on more than 35 U.S. and international patents. Mr. Vandenbelt has extensive business and Research & Product Development experience starting with his time as a product development specialist at such firms as Black & Decker and Nortel.

Mr. Vandenbelt has been responsible for the invention, concept development and design of significant new products in a number of fields. Examples of his work include the SpillBuster Wet/Dry Dustbuster (1987), award winning turbine floor care vacuum tools (1988), the highly successful NiteOwl booklight (1993), a full line of Brookstone and Sound Oasis branded digital sound relaxation products, an innovative line of FilterStream handheld vacuum cleaning appliances and an exciting line of high performance air cleaning appliances.

Mr. Vandenbelt manages the Headwaters R&D group based in Ottawa, Canada. In this role he supervises a team of engineers, designers and technicians to bring innovative and exciting products to market worldwide.
